Every video is made to order with your details. Here is what we promise:
Mistakes are fixed free. If a name, date or detail is wrong, reply to your delivery email and we'll correct it and resend it.
Late delivery means a full refund. If your video isn't delivered within 24 hours of your order, you can ask for a full refund.
If we can't get it right, you get your money back. If we can't fix a problem with your video after you tell us about it, we'll refund you in full.
Because each video is custom-made, we don't offer refunds for a change of mind once a correct video has been delivered.
To ask for a refund, email us with your order email address. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
Terms
What you're buying: a digital announcement video made with the names and details you give us at checkout. The Grandparent Cut adds a second version made for the grandparents.
Delivery: by email, to the address used at checkout, within 24 hours.
Your use: the finished video is yours to keep and share for personal use, including texting it and posting it on social media.
Your details: you confirm the names you give us are yours or that you have permission to use them. We don't make videos with offensive or harmful content.
Samples: sample videos on this site show demo families and may be made with AI.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Privacy
We collect only what we need to make and deliver your video: your email address and the names and dates you enter at checkout. We use them to make your video, deliver it, and answer your questions. We don't sell or share your information, except with the services that process your payment (Stripe) and deliver email. Ask us any time and we'll delete your details and your video files.
